INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cl peated whisky
  • 4 cl bourbon
  • 3 cl lemon juice
  • 2 cl BBQ-spiced syrup*
  • 1 egg white
  • Top off with Blanche de Bruges

GARNISH

  • Beef jerkey
  • Smoke

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Take a cocktail shaker and pour in 4 cl bourbon.
  2. Add 2 cl of peated whisky and 3 cl of lemon juice.
  3. Then add 2 cl BBQ-spiced syrup*.
  4. Add the egg white and shake all the ingredients.
  5. Pour the cocktail into a glass and fi nish with Blanche de Bruges.
  6. You can also smoke the cocktail for a few minutes for extra fl avour (see photo).
  7. Complete this cocktail with beef jerky, if you like.

*Extra: BBQ-spiced syrup

  1. Roast the BBQ spices and add them to 1 litre of water.
  2. Place the pot of water on the stove. Don’t let the syrup boil.
