LOCAL HEROES

INGREDIENTS

• 4 cl gin
• 2 cl sea buckthorn berry distillate*
• 2 cl lemon juice
• 2 cl sugar syrup
• Top off with Blanche de Bruges

GARNISH

• Mint leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pour 4 cl gin into a cocktail shaker.
2. Add 2 cl sea buckthorn berry distillate* and 2 cl lemon juice.
3. Then add 2 cl sugar syrup and shake all the ingredients with a couple of ice cubes.
4. Pour the cocktail into a glass and top off with Blanche de Bruges.
5. Garnish with a few mint leaves if desired.

*The Pharmacy makes their own sea buckthorn berry distillate by vacuum
distillation.
