WHEAT SPRITZ
L'Apereau - Blankenberge
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cl Agricole white rum
- 3 cl St. Germain elderfl ower liqueur
- 1 cl Campari
- 1 cl lime juice
- 10 cl Blanche de Bruges
GARNISH
- Red fruits
- Mint leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour 3 cl white rum and 3 cl elderfl ower liqueur into the glass.
- Add 1 cl lime juice and 1 cl Campari.
- Finish the cocktail with 10 cl Blanche de Bruges and stir.
- Garnish with lots of summer fruits and a few mint leaves.
