INGREDIENTS
- 2 cl Plantation 3 stars rum
- 1 dash of Kümmel liqueur
- 3 cl honey syrup*
- 2 cl lime juice
- 7 cl Blanche de Bruges
GARNISH
- Orange zest
- Mint sprig
INSTRUCTIONS
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Pour 2 cl rum into the glass and add a dash of liqueur.
- Then add 3 cl honey syrup*.
- Pour 2 cl lime juice into the glass and fi nish with 7 cl Blanche de Bruges.
- Stir gently to mix all the ingredients.
- Garnish with a zest of orange and a sprig of mint.
*Extra: Honey syrup
- Heat 60 cl water with 100 g honey.
- Stir until the honey is completely dissolved and let the syrup cool down.
