Blanche De Bruges Brugs Tarwebier hoptail cocktail The Cobbler


  • 2 cl Plantation 3 stars rum
  • 1 dash of Kümmel liqueur
  • 3 cl honey syrup*
  • 2 cl lime juice
  • 7 cl Blanche de Bruges


  • Orange zest
  • Mint sprig


  1. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour 2 cl rum into the glass and add a dash of liqueur.
  3. Then add 3 cl honey syrup*.
  4. Pour 2 cl lime juice into the glass and fi nish with 7 cl Blanche de Bruges.
  5. Stir gently to mix all the ingredients.
  6. Garnish with a zest of orange and a sprig of mint.

*Extra: Honey syrup

  1. Heat 60 cl water with 100 g honey.
  2. Stir until the honey is completely dissolved and let the syrup cool down.
